300 hour teacher training

Our 300 hour teacher training is made up of our 50 hour modules here. We are currently only delivering modules online. All modules are Yoga Alliance certified.

ABOUT THIS COURSE

 

This course is designed for yoga students with a consistent practice who are ready to deepen their practice and step into the role of the teacher. If you complete all the course content, you will receive a Yoga Alliance certified 200 hour Yoga Teacher qualification, recognised around the world. You will be guided the whole way by Bess Prescott, Tahl Rinsky and an incredible faculty including Rose Baudin (Ayurveda + philosophy), Dena Kingsberg (Philosophy + voice).

We invite you to dive into the secret wisdom of the ancient yoga texts. This seminar will lead us through the tantalizing history of yoga, exploring its development and the subtleties we can learn and apply to our practice. Take this opportunity to answer your questions about the origin and development of yoga, its main schools and teachings, its approaches and the way they inform our current practice.
